10 Reasons To Visit France

Similar to my 10 Reasons To Visit Italy , this post details 10 reasons to visit the beautiful European country of France.

1. The Culture

   Warm people, beautiful art, and an appreciation for the finer things. Working to Live rather than living to work.

2. The People

   Everyone we met in France was delightful. Despite the language barrier, we were able to communicate and they were genuinely friendly and kind.

3. The Food

   Baguettes, Croissants, and Crêpes. Oooo la la!

4. The Beaches

   The Riviera, Antibes, Les Calanques, Normandy, St.Tropez, and many more!

5. The Countryside

   Quaint villages, lavender fields, and châteaus. 

6. The Monuments

   Notre Dame, the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, and the Arc de Triomphe! (and that’s just in Paris!)

7. The Cities

   Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Nice, Nantes, Dijon, and Cannes, each with their own charms and experiences.

8. The Language

   The most beautiful language in the world, enough said.

9. The Shopping

   France has been an icon of fashion for centuries.

10. The Desserts

    Crème Brûlée, Macarons, Mousse, and Madelines. Yum!
